"Unsatisfactory Experience"
On my second order, one item was left out, and it ended up leaking all over the other stuff. You'd think they would have noticed that while packing. I reached out to customer service, and they asked me to provide proof of the damage, but I can't do that and I've let them know.

This is my first go with Born Hair Care, and I gotta say, I'm quite happy. Their prices are pretty competitive, and the shipping was fast. The hold-up in delivery was because of the Royal Mail strike, but everything turned out just fine.

I messed up my order a bit, but when I reached out to Customer Services, they fixed it up before it shipped out. The communication was top-notch and the support was fantastic. The products are excellent – I've used them in the past and the pricing was quite reasonable. I placed my order on 25/11/22 and it arrived today, 3/12/22, via Royal Mail. Everything was packed really well, and there were no leaks at all. I’ll definitely be ordering from Born Hair Care again, so thanks a bunch!

"No Doubt About It, These Items Are Top Notch"
I can say without a second thought that these items are the finest I've ever tried. As a guy in my 50s, I've managed to grow my hair down to my chest using these shampoos and conditioners. I never deal with split ends, frizz, or any of those annoying hair issues. It's a solid 10 out of 10 from me.
